Johnson & Johnson Corporate Museum

Johnson & Johnson Corporate wanted to embrace and promote the company history to enhance the reputation of the corporation by modernizing the Kilmer Museum, along with the introduction of a digital museum. The main audience is J&J employees and their families.

Assure the smooth operation of the user testing, observe the users interactions with the different interactive exhibitions, and interpret user feedback. I was also involved in the design ideation to improve the exhibitions, and involved in the user testing documentation for the client.

This exhibition displays videos projected on a curved surface. The videos are different stories that users select via multiple 24” touch screens. The stories are about the community and work that J&J does around the world.

 The touchscreen uses a 3D map interface, where the user selects geographically located pins that represent J&J stories. In addition to the pin interface, there is a category, stories, and video button that provide the user with a dropdown list i

This interactive showcases the impact of J&J throughout the years, and the impact on our global history. The exhibit is displayed on three 55” touch screens that are stitched together as a single large display. Test functionality and usability; validate the consistency of the copy, and the experience flow across all the exhibits

Validate that structure, design and instructional copy clearly communicate the kind of content that they link to and that users feel oriented throughout their navigation experience

We recorded user testing via observational notes. For this, we used the Rainbow spreadsheet as our documentation tool. I was in charge of analyzing the rainbow spreadsheet and adding the major findings to the report. Then, the team discussed and added possible solutions.
